Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before scheduling pest control service.

What pests do you treat?

Our general household pest programs treat common pests like ants, spiders, cockroaches, crickets, wasps, centipedes, millipedes, and more using insecticides designed to treat a wide variety of insect species. We also provide specialized treatments for rodents, bed bugs, yellowjackets, mosquitoes, and fleas and ticks.

How soon can you come out?

If you call in or fill out a contact form, we will schedule a date for an inspector to build a quote at no cost to you. Since we are a small, local company, the exact timeframe can vary depending on availability. With that in mind, we still attempt to respond as quickly as possible and expect the average time to get started to be anywhere from the same day to five business days.

What areas do you serve?

We currently cover Indianapolis and surrounding suburbs such as Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel, Franklin, Greenfield, Greenwood, Shelbyville, Camby, Avon, Plainfield, Zionsville, and more. If you are uncertain whether we serve your area, please call our office and we will be glad to assist you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we do not do long-term contracts. Instead, our agreements are only for the initial service and follow-up treatment. Afterward, they continue month-to-month at your selected plan. This allows us to comply with regulations while ensuring we do not charge fees associated with canceling.

Do you offer one-time services?

Yes, we will absolutely perform one-time services. However, depending on the issue, we may recommend setting up a treatment plan to help ensure continuous control.

Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?

When applied according to the product label, including safety precautions and re-entry intervals, the products pose minimal risk to kids, pets, or you.

What should I expect after the first treatment?

Depending on existing pests and pest pressure, you may see a noticeable increase in activity for 14–21 days before pests begin to taper off. When we return for our follow-up treatment, we expect this pressure to drop more noticeably. After that, your home will slowly reach equilibrium across multiple treatments.

What if I still see pests after a service?

We provide no-cost follow-up appointments to target specific issues on your property.

How often do I need to be treated?

It depends on the level of control you are looking for and the pests we are treating. For those seeking a high level of control, we recommend a higher-frequency treatment plan. However, for those who are comfortable with seeing an occasional pest, we may recommend services as seldom as every three months. Additionally, pests that reproduce quickly or pose health risks, such as mosquitoes or German cockroaches, may require more frequent visits.

Why do some pests require specialty treatments?

Depending on the pest, the label for the products we use may specify different treatments to optimally achieve control. These treatments may require specialized equipment, applications to areas not generally covered by our general household pest program, or the use of additional products in tandem to achieve proper control.
